SHORELINE MANAGEMENT PLAN
Duke created Lake Keowee and retains responsibility for managing the shoreline up to a specific elevation. This includes the installation of docks, walls, and many other aspects of shoreline management. Duke is currently working on a detailed, updated plan. Here are some references to this plan:
